Many people find the thought of purchasing their first home quite intimidating. However, it does not need to be complicated or expensive. There are many programs designed to help get you into your first home -- from lower down payments (as low as 5% in some cases), first time homebuyer education seminars, to a real estate agent who will be with you throughout the process.
